Dispatch
We'll do our utmost to deliver your products the next business day, but you can always expect your order to be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of 5 business days. If we're unable to deliver within this timeframe, we'll notify you via our website (e.g., during holidays) or, in exceptional circumstances, we'll inform you personally.
For shipments within NL, BE & DE, a minimum order amount of 100 euros applies for free shipping.
You will receive a track & trace for the shipment as standard.
PLEASE NOTE: Since we cannot offer identical alternatives for our products in case of loss or damage during transport, we have chosen to ship all our shipments by registered mail. This means our shipping costs may be higher than average, but it does give you maximum security of receiving your package. Please note that pickup point shipments are not sent by registered mail.
Warranty
We care about our products and do our utmost throughout the entire process, from purchasing to production to delivery, to provide you with the highest quality products. However, should a product unexpectedly break or not meet the expectations, you can expect the following:
- Did you receive a damaged or not functioning product?
Please let us know via our contact page. We'd appreciate it if you could do so as soon as possible so we can offer you a solution. We'll cover the return costs, of course. Please return the product in its original packaging.
You can also choose to have your full purchase price refunded, receive a voucher for the same value (free to spend in our store), or receive another* product of the same value.
*We are very sorry if this happens to you, but unfortunately we cannot offer replacement identical products because each of our products has undergone a unique artistic process.
- Does your product unexpectedly break through no fault of your own or does it no longer work properly during (normal) use?
If this happens within 3 months of your purchase, we will try to repair it as quickly as possible or, if not possible, replace it with an equivalent product/refund the original purchase price. Any return shipping costs will be covered by us.
It is important that you have not made any repairs to the product yourself or had this done by third parties, and that you have not exposed the product to abnormal operating conditions.
Returns
If you're unexpectedly dissatisfied with your online purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us in advance via our general contact information. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept it as a return.
We will then refund the purchase amount to your bank account number known to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If you have used free shipping, we will unfortunately have to charge you for this and deduct it from the return amount.
PLEASE NOTE: You bear the costs and risk of returning your order. We strongly recommend choosing registered shipping.
NOTE: Customization is excluded from the 30-day return period. Customization includes products made to order, especially for you.
